Gilberto Rodrigues | Former Chief Executive Officer - Mota-Engil
Gilberto Rodrigues is the former Chief Executive Officer of Mota-Engil, a conglomerate with a focus on construction, mining, logistics and energy solutions. When he held this role, Mr. Rodrigues was in charge of the African market, and responsible for looking at how markets are performing. He handled the commercial side of the business directly, and oversaw the finances and top operations; Mr. Rodrigues also set policies and put them into effect.
Over the course of an illustrious career, Mr. Rodrigues has garnered a reputation of distinction and prominence for the exceptional efforts that he has put forth. He received a Portuguese Republic COTEC Prize for Entrepreneurship for Portuguese who are Working Overseas and Demonstrate High Standards from the Portuguese Honorary Council in 2012, and he continues to strive for excellence in his every endeavor.
